Ace Hardware Distribution Centers seek an experienced 2nd Shift Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing, safety-conscious team at the Fredericksburg, PA facility.

You will drive operational excellence, balance staffing needs with service goals, and foster collaboration across teams to support independent retailers and Ace's mission to be the most helpful hardware stores on the planet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to support non-traditional shifts and business needs.

We have an opportunity for a 2nd Shift Operations Manager at our distribution center in Fredericksburg, PA. As an Operations Manager, you will be a strategic partner as well as hands on to provide operational support to our team. The Operations Manager role is essential in executing Ace’s operational initiatives while fostering a collaborative team environment in a service-oriented culture.

Compensation Details:

$100000 - $120000 per year
