Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff, driving safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will push productivity through data-driven decisions and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to align plans with business goals.
The role involves coordinating across First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile workflows, with emphasis on uptime, customer delivery promises, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent and engage them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will provide your team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data‑driven decisions and analytical problem‑solving. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer expectations to ensure orders are delivered on time and to the correct location.
Our operation’s workflow is organized into three major components: First Mile – where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle Mile – where the order is hauled to your area; and Last Mile – when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. All workflows vary slightly, but the vision and dedication to the customer remain constant.

Your total compensation will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) in addition to base salary.
Base salary range: $91,000.00 – $136,500.00 USD annually.
