Nutrien is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Sunnyside location's warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. You will direct custom application work, oversee field activities and equipment scheduling, and drive process improvements to cut costs while maintaining safety.

You'll build and coach a high-performing team, collaborate across functions, and ensure excellent service for internal and external customers. Travel to market areas in other states is expected as needed.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry.
• A agricultural based degree is desired?
• CDL & Custom Applicator license preferred

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry
• CDL & Custom Applicator license preferred
• Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred
• Agricultural based degree desired
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.

The salary range for this role, in Sunnyside, WA location, is between $80,168.40 to $109,900. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.Details will be discussed through the application process.
