The Pennant Group in Manitowoc, Wisconsin seeks an Operations Manager to join our senior living leadership team. You will partner with the Executive Director to foster a compassionate, resident-centered home and guide daily operations across our assisted living communities.

You will lead and develop teams, drive quality and satisfaction, manage staffing and regulatory compliance, and help grow community outreach to ensure excellent care and a welcoming environment for residents and families.
