Job summary

The Granite Group Wholesalers LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager at our Manchester, NH location. You will coordinate with the branch manager, teams, and vendors to ensure timely order scheduling, deliveries, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include maintaining budget adherence, overseeing staffing, and leading a motivated team while driving productivity and service excellence across operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in an operations management role.
• Ability to delegate while maintaining control of branch operations and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software; willingness to learn new applications.

Knowledge, skills and responsibilities:

• Communicate with the branch manager, team members, and vendors to ensure proper scheduling of order and delivery and inventory of products
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Track staffing requirements, support in hiring new employees as needed

• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
• Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
