Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, the Operations Manager manages production operations, ensuring jobs are completed in accordance with PuroClean® production processes and procedures. The role oversees all aspects of franchise production, reports to the owner or General Manager, improves customer satisfaction, resolves complaints, and maintains production costs at the established rate. Timely and accurate documentation and effective internal and external communication are expected. The Operations Manager takes pride in providing world‑class service in times of need, setting PuroClean apart from competitors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer and client satisfaction and represent, improve and promote brand operations.
• Network and build relationships with partners and Centers of Influence.
• Assign jobs, manage production teams, oversee scheduling, complete work orders, and act as production manager as needed.
• Handle in‑house Human Resources, safety, health requirements, and daily office management.
• Track status of small and large loss jobs, and communicate processes with management and ownership.
• Maintain inventory for equipment, vehicles and facility maintenance.
• Ensure clear communication with all staff and manage relationships.

Qualifications:

• Commitment to personal development, team building, and leadership skills.
• IICRC certification and proficiency in MICA, Xactimate, claim‑connect or related applications.
• Attention to detail, aptitude for multitasking, and calm under pressure.
• Record‑keeping skills and ability to access information quickly.
• Safety awareness and carefulness with teammates and customers.
• Strong multitasking, deadline‑management, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible with change and challenges.

Compensation: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
