The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial work, and can manage projects over $1 million while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing Commercial/Industrial construction projects.
• Experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Take ownership of project information and effectively communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are clearly executed.
• Maintain customer relationships by staying actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the course of the project.
