Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gainesville, VA, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities within a financial advisory practice. This role coordinates workflow, supports advisors and staff, and ensures processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with firm standards. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, monitoring service quality, optimizing scheduling and resource allocation, and supporting the implementation of new procedures and technology. The Operations Manager will track key performance metrics, identify process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to enhance client service and operational effectiveness. This position also involves overseeing documentation, maintaining regulatory and internal policy compliance, and supporting training and onboarding of team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated operations management skills, including workflow coordination, process improvement, and office administration.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with business software tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite) and comfort learning new financial platforms.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational enhancements.
