WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As an Operations Manager, you will manage all activities related to operations and development of customer services by performing the following duties personally or through Supervisors and Management Trainee. You will be responsible for employee acquisitions, training, mentoring and developing your staff. You will report to an Operations Director.
