Job summary

Pro Kleen Industrial Services seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Special Operations Group (SOG) nationwide, directing rapid deployments of personnel, equipment, and resources for emergency response, disaster relief, and wildfire operations.

You will be hands-on in the field, ensuring safe, efficient service, coordinating with logistics and branch leadership, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. Strong leadership and crisis management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of supervisory or management experience leading field teams in emergency response, industrial services, construction, utility support, military operations, or related environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively across the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and DOT safety requirements in field operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills under pressure.
  • Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts outdoors in varying conditions and wear PPE.

We're looking for a dependable Operations Manager to lead Porta Kleen's Special Operations Group (SOG), supporting emergency response efforts, disaster relief, and wildfire response across the United States.
