The Role

The Operations Manager in Enservio's Valuation team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of contents-related claims handling. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of contents claims, manages staff performance, maintains quality assurance, and drives operational excellence in support of customer satisfaction and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the workflow and operational processes of the contents claims team, ensuring timely and fair claims resolutions.
  • Assist with development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor contents claims associates within the Valuation unit.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development.
  • Manage staffing schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to meet service-level agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Assist with initiatives to streamline contents claims handling through automation, technology, and improved workflows.

What You'll Bring

  • MS Office knowledge
  • 5+ years of proven experience in an operations management role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of performance and quality metrics
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., Insurance) is a plus
