Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an Operations Manager in Billerica, MA to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive improvements. You will develop leaders, optimize processes, and align operations with strategic goals, reporting directly to the President in a high-visibility role.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of manufacturing leadership, experience in production, quality, planning, and continuous improvement, plus strong communication and team development skills.

Salary: USD145000 - USD185000 per year

Our client is a well-established precision manufacturing company serving industries including aerospace, medical device, semiconductor, biotechnology, and advanced industrial manufacturing.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the President. The Operations Manager will lead manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, develop leaders, and help position the company for continued growth.

Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 + Bonus Potential

Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production activities
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

What We're Looking For
