Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Plant Operations Intern for the Shipping & Logistics Study during Summer 2027 at our Alabama Union Springs Plant. This 11‑week program runs May 17 – July 30, 2027 and offers hands-on project work, skill workshops, leadership engagement, and career development in a fast-paced poultry operation.

The intern will conduct an operations efficiency study in Customer Service/Shipping/Logistics, engage across poultry processing operations, and collaborate with mentors

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor's or graduate degree program in the listed majors.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Resume required.
• All academic majors encouraged to apply.
