Job summary

A leading national transportation company based in Phoenix is offering an Operations Management Trainee Program for April/May graduates. This 20-week program includes extensive hands-on training throughout various terminals. Trainees will develop operational and managerial skills necessary to join as Supervisors or Terminal Managers. Starting salary is $55k, plus a weekly allowance and covered travel expenses. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related fields and be willing to work flexible shifts and relocate.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Career interest in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Logistics is essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and travel during the program.
