Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in ready-mix or construction materials.
• Knowledge of concrete production, batching, and delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with batching software, dispatch platforms, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily ready-mix operations across one or multiple plant locations.
• Team Leadership & Staffing: Supervise, train, and evaluate plant personnel; schedule workloads.
• Quality Control: Work with quality teams to maintain standards and investigate complaints.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Customer Service & Communication: Collaborate with dispatchers, sales teams, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Financial & Reporting: Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze performance metrics.
