Job summary

The Boring Company is seeking a strategic operator to oversee the Music City Loop in Nashville. You will manage a team of operators, technicians and drivers, driving operational efficiency and ensuring safety and compliance as the system scales.

Collaborating with civil servants, contractors and engineers, you will translate needs into actionable requirements and maintain training materials to support rapid deployment and future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of operators, technicians, drivers and personnel.
• Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for ongoing operations.
• Identify and mitigate technical issues in a timely manner.
