Qualifications

• 7+ years in the Gaming or Casino industry required.
• 5+ years directly managing employees within the United States.
• Exceptional ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all onsite Operations employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop strategies to enhance service quality and departmental goals.
• Review and amend existing procedures and develop new protocols.
• Ensure the highest level of product availability and service delivery.
• Plan, evaluate, and approve the Operations department budget.
• Oversee the training and integration of new hires.
