Sephora in New York City is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operational excellence and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory, replenishment, and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best.

With 2+ years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, you’ll develop staff, uphold Sephora standards, and promote a collaborative, inclusive culture while guiding performance and store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Drive brand presentation by leading visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality

• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
