Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; or 1 year as Walmart Logistics Area Manager; or 3 years in a similar role involving supervision and hiring

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety)
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands and area performance
• Prepare/review/analyze business reports to identify operational improvements
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or consulting others
