• 1 year experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment with supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; or 1 year experience as Walmart Logistics Area Manager; or 3 years experience supervising and developing across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, or analyze business reports to identify improvements.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards.
