Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking an accomplished Director of Operations in Gilbert, AZ to lead and optimize performance across its facility. This role drives operational excellence, scalable processes, and daily execution in a fast-paced environment.

The leader collaborates with site leadership, Engineering, Program Management, and government customers to ensure mission success. The Director will oversee manufacturing and fabrication activities including large vehicle

Qualifications

10+ years of senior operations leadership in advanced technology or defense.
Experience in finance, production, customer service, supply chain and workforce leadership.
Knowledge of regulations, compliance and audits with subcontractors and government clients.
Citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead and refine operational systems aligning with enterprise strategy with department heads and customers.
Monitor metrics and drive on-time, cost-effective delivery with scalability goals.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, quality standards and laws; partner with HR for engagement.
Set operational goals with senior leadership and improve efficiency via cross-functional coordination.
Collaborate with Program Management on financial, schedule and budget plans; interface for audits.
