Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Pittsburgh seeks a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee a 20,000–30,000 sq ft facility. You will manage inventory, coordinate the fleet, and ensure safety and quality across daily operations to support sales.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management, experience with SAP and IT systems, a valid driver's license, and DOT medical certification. You will lead staff, maintain AIB standards, implement FIFO, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and displays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continually strive to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operations services.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory to prevent shortages and ensure timely delivery.
• Input product orders into SAP and resolve variances for accurate inventory reporting.
• Maintain FIFO inventory rotation to meet customer needs.
• Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain AIB standards and audit readiness in the facility.
