Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required; ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/production operations and production scheduling.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Safety, Quality).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and act on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees across production/operation functions (assembly, inspection, test, final test).
• Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials.
• Participates in operational meetings and tracks organization performance metrics.
• Ensures timely response to issues affecting customer satisfaction and aligns with customer/vendor requirements.
• Oversees safety training and compliance for all department staff including temporaries.
• Develops personnel through training, career development, and performance management.
• Plans for maximum production capacity and monitors related processes and real-time data.
• Identifies process/quality changes to improve capability and drives corrective actions.
