• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Friendly, respectful and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Operations Team shift lead.
• Assist training and quality control for the Operations Department.
• Perform setup and tear-down according to event specifications.
• Support all aspects of facility operations and safety.
• Assist preventative maintenance and inventory of assets.
• Ensure guest-ready facilities and engage with guests per service standards.
• Communicate issues and updates to the direct supervisor.
• Handle medical and security issues per Emergency Action Plan.
