Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, or billing preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, directing logistics and service delivery to patients at home.
• Lead a logistics team to meet delivery goals and cost targets.
• Manage inventory and vendor restocking per policy.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient care and workflows.
• Address service concerns and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety procedures.
