Job summary

Guitar Center Distribution is seeking a team lead to oversee our case seal team in the shipping department. Compensation: $21.50 per hour.

You will supervise daily tasks, train associates, monitor procedures, ensure timely reports, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment while upholding safety guidelines. Guitar Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience)
• Coaching: Able to provide effective coaching, feedback, and guidance to others.
• Collaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in and leading groups, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties.
• Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and the importance of providing an excellent customer experience.
