Roofstock in Charleston, SC is seeking a Back of House Coordinator to serve as the administrative and logistical backbone of local STR operations. You will help manage inventory, coordinate vendors, and enable our field team to focus on guests and owners.

The role combines warehouse and on-site duties, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance tickets, warehousing, and delivery of supplies. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, organized environment and support market operations across multiple zones.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or hospitality support.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and responsive in fast‑moving operational environments.
• Comfortable working both in the field and in office/warehouse environments.
• Tech savvy with mobile scheduling, task tools, or PMS platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing warehouse and storage space, keeping areas tidy and organized.
• Track inventory usage and restock needs for consumables, linens, and key operating supplies in central warehouses and satellite locations.
• Coordinate delivery or retrieval of inventory and supplies to/from homes as needed.
• Assist the Team Lead, Back of House with the management of housekeeping vendors and teams.
• Support coordination and management of third party maintenance vendors as needed.
• Log and report field activity data into operational systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute market‑level projects such as updating branded materials around the market.
• Rotate between being warehouse-based and field-based to support daily work.
