Job summary

Freestone Capital Management, LLC in Seattle is seeking a rising senior for a summer internship in our Operations department, concentrating on technology, data analytics, and financial reporting. You'll support multiple projects under Operations Leadership during a 9+ week program running mid-June to August 2027 at the Freestone headquarters.

• Process Improvement: Review workflows across the firm and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Administration: Help maintain Freestone's CRM, electronic files, and reporting.
• Data Analysis: Review internal data and identify key trends and takeaways.
• Reporting Assistance: Learn about and answer questions about our financial reporting tool, Tamarac Reporting.
• Additional Support: Assist with other projects as needed to support the Operations team.

About the Role

The Intern fills a general analytical role across Freestone's Operations department, which supports all facets of the business. This Intern will primarily focus on technology, data analytics, and financial reporting, and will work on a variety of projects under the direction of Operations Leadership. The position is located at the Freestone headquarters office in Seattle, WA.

The Intern program lasts the summer, with continuous training and networking opportunities throughout. The internship will run from mid June to August 2027 (minimum of 9 weeks total). Well performing interns will assume increasing responsibilities and may be asked to stay on for an extended term. Exceptional Interns with a demonstrated interest in and aptitude for investments may be offered a full-time opportunity to stay on with Freestone long-term as an Analyst.
