Job summary

Delphi in San Francisco is hiring for a hands-on builder to help create, structure, and test Delphi minds end-to-end, ensuring profiles feel sharp, useful, and on-brand. You’ll turn messy inputs into clean, testable outputs and iterate quickly.

You’ll QA and improve conversation quality, flag issues like noise and echo, and move fast on high-leverage tasks weekly. A strong user empathic mindset and crisp writing will help you translate ambiguity into actionable source material.

What You'll Do

• Help build Delphi “minds” end-to-end: help create, structure, test, and iterate on profiles so they feel sharp, useful, and on-brand.
• Run tight build loops: take messy inputs (source material, calls, docs), turn them into an initial version, test it like a real user, then improve it quickly.
• QA and improve conversation quality: Support audio/content quality for mind building: Flag muddy/tinny audio, room noise, echo, and other issues that degrade output.
• Help ensure inputs are clean enough to produce high-quality minds
• Move fast across whatever is highest leverage that week (product testing, ops execution, creator/project support).

• You understand that “knowledge” is dynamic: structure, clarity, matter as much as raw information.
• Clear concise writer: you can turn ambiguity into crisp copy and usable source material.
• Optimistic, iterative mindset: you don’t get stuck; you run fast loops and improve.
• Strong user empathy: you can authentically roleplay an end-user and stress-test whether the mind is actually helpful.
• Good taste on quality (especially audio and output quality): you notice what’s off and can describe it clearly.
• High-agency and scrappy: you figure things out, unblock yourself, and keep momentum.
