Job summary

ARMA Global is seeking an Operations Analyst Technician to support a critical mission at Warner Robins, GA. You will perform due diligence, analyze data for force protection and identity data management, and prepare documentation for mission success.

You will work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include an Associate degree, 4+ years of relevant experience (military or civilian), Microsoft Office proficiency, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

• Technical skills: Microsoft Office
• Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Readiness assessment of individual client members through document preparation, updating, and storage.
• Assist the customer with acquiring/updating official travel documents, and memorandums.
• Understand the due diligence process. Prepare and validate due diligence reports as required.
• Compose and update project documentation to include system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
• Can work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide operational risk assessments, threat assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct industry analysis using a variety of data sources to include social media, Internet, and Open-Source Databases to create products.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate data pertaining to operations and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management efforts.
• Recommend mitigation efforts to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Identify communication links and associated networks, conduct development, and provide recommendations in support of future technical collection and targeting efforts.
• Perform link analysis on new and existing networks to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities.
• Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services while being prepared to include emerging tools and procedures as necessary.
• May assist in preparing assessment of current threats and trends based on research and analysis of intelligence data.
• Experience at a command or DoD agency preferred.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products.
• May develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.
• The analyst will have an opportunity to support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions by becoming integrated and trained to support and complement operational execution.

• Experience with data providers, data flow, data analytics and assessments, operational risk assessments, threats, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Experience conducting online research and analysis for discovery, vulnerabilities, and threats.
