Deloitte is seeking a seasoned Operations Integration and Delivery, Managed Services Manager within GPS to lead day-to-day delivery of a DoD-focused workstream at Hanscom Base. You’ll drive convergence across programs, translate objectives into integration plans, and monitor performance with executive reporting for compliant task orders.

The role requires 3+ years in defense programs, governance development, risk management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to work onsite at Hanscom Base.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD or defense‑sector programs in program management, PMO ops, modernization, process improvement, or organizational change.
  • 3+ years of experience managing workstreams with multiple stakeholders, teams, vendors, subcontractors, and interdependent milestones.
  • 3+ years of experience developing governance frameworks, SOPs, execution plans, SLAs, KPIs, or program reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience with risk assessment, mitigation planning, issue escalation, executive reporting, and security/compliance in government contracting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Leading day-to-day delivery of an assigned workstream, including scope, schedule, resources, milestones, risks, quality, governance, and deliverables.
  • Driving convergence across programs, teams, workflows, infrastructure, mission systems, and service-delivery activities.
  • Translating mission objectives and stakeholder requirements into integration plans, SOPs, dependency maps, SLRs, and decision materials.
  • Facilitating requirements, integration, risk, and stakeholder working sessions while documenting decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance, recurring status reporting, performance metrics, escalations, and executive briefings for task-order execution and compliance.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.
