Job summary

• On-the-job training involves customer service orientation and hands-on practice.
• Customer service requires clear verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
• Delivery skills involve safely driving own vehicle, navigating roads, and performing basic arithmetic for change.

• Operate equipment and manage inventory according to safety standards.
• Receive and process telephone and internet orders; maintain accurate paperwork.
• Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment and facilities.
