Collective Health is seeking an FP&A Manager to elevate our financial planning and analysis, partnering with Finance leadership and CX/HPO, Product, and Engineering to provide foresight and drive performance.
In this hybrid Lehi-based role, you will own budgeting and forecasting, develop dashboards and three-year plans, and identify systems and processes to scale our FP&A function, enabling faster, more informed decision-making.

The FP&A Manager is tasked with significantly enhancing Collective Health’s Financial Planning and Analysis function. This critical role involves close collaboration with Finance leadership and key cross‑functional stakeholders, including Customer Experience (CX) and Health Plans (HPO), Product, and Engineering (R&D). A core responsibility is to move beyond mere financial reporting to provide essential financial foresight, enabling faster decision‑making and strategically guiding teams toward superior performance. The ideal candidate must be intellectually curious, detail‑oriented, and possess the ability to identify and execute solutions for complex problems, often requiring analysis with limited or incomplete data.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for the following benefits:

$110,000—$137,500 USD
