Job summary

Bakelite is seeking a Finance Analyst to support FP&A, forecasting, and month-end close. You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. You will translate complex data into clear insights while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
