Job summary

Castleton Commodities International offers a ten-week internship designed to develop future leaders in Operations or Finance. Participants will rotate through settlements, trading operations, treasury, credit, tax, enterprise improvement, data management, and product control.

The program includes interactions with senior leaders, hands-on projects, and formal training to build a well-rounded view of the commodities markets and the company’s approach to opportunities across global markets.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Expected graduation Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong Excel and VBA skills are a plus.
• Experience with database management is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, is essential.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Prior internship in commodities/finance or consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop future leaders across Operations or Finance.
• Participate in a 10-week internship rotation across functions (settlements, trading operations, treasury, credit, tax, enterprise improvement, data management, product control).
• Work on strategic initiatives and special projects for the organization.
• Receive training to build a well-rounded understanding of the industry and technical skills.
