Job summary

Optivolt, based in San Francisco, is building intelligent solar systems and seeks an Operations Manager to own business processes, working capital, and logistics for rapid growth. You will partner with leadership and external providers to manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and day-to-day operations while ensuring reliable shipping, inventory, and facilities support.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in operations, experience with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations, finance operations, or operations management.
• 1+ years owning financial and operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with working capital and cash-flow forecasting.
• Experience administering ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the business processes and day-to-day operations to support growth.
• Manage working capital, projections, accounting workflows, and systems.
• Partner with leadership, engineering, accounting providers, and counsel on budgets and forecasts.
• Directly manage shipping, inventory, vendors, and facility needs.
• Maintain dashboards, SOPs, and compliance records for reporting.
