Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks an Operations Lead Financial Analyst in North Carolina. This role leads the financial planning and analysis for site operations, partnering with finance and operations to optimize performance and drive cost efficiency.

The position involves month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and collaboration with site leadership to improve financial outcomes. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in Finance or accounting.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; within 70 miles of facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end forecast and present to leadership.
• Oversee month-end close, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze operations-related financial data and improve reporting.
• Partner with budget owners in forecasts and annual product line budgets.
• Support audits and internal controls (SOX) and capital projects.
• Contribute to RIE and gemba walks; support operational improvements.
• Assist in inventory control and cash flow initiatives.
