Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Zero to two years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or supply chain finance; internship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process for Operations cost centers, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze standard cost, inventory, freight, and manufacturing variance reports to identify trends and drivers.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts for Operations spend.
• Track capex and CIP activity, including spend vs. budget and asset reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to track KPIs and cost-savings initiatives.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis vs. budget/forecast/prior year.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Support SOX/compliance and audit requests related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and drive efficiencies via automation.
