Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Retail Operations Expert to join our Express team at Sherman Oaks. You will help create a great in-store experience by ensuring merchandise flow, availability, and accurate sizing across the floor and backroom.

Key duties include coaching stockroom staff, processing shipments, replenishing stock, coordinating pricing and markdowns, and providing checkout support to customers while sharing product and loyalty program information.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to help shoppers.
• Comfortable using iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and sensor product.
• Maintain a clean and organized stock room to ensure safe and efficient merchandise processing from stock room to floor.

• Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share information on product, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Assist Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Assist with product launches changes according to company SOP.
• Assist customers as needed on the sales floor with locating product and/or online orders
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor

Express is seeking a Retail Operations Expert to join our team.

The Operations Expert will assist in providing a great in-store shopping experience for our retail customers by leading the merchandise flow processes confirming the product is available and sized.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Years of Experience 0 - 2 relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)

CRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Demonstrates strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.

Pay Range

$19.47 - $25.30 per hour
