Marathon Petroleum Corporation is seeking an Operations Engineering Manager to oversee gas and crude assets from Midland, TX, or San Antonio, TX, or Oklahoma City, OK. You will lead a multi-disciplined team providing technical support, budgeting, and project management for facility, pipeline, and processing operations.

You will drive capital and operating budgets, mentor engineers, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Ten years engineering experience.
• Five years industry experience.
• Knowledge/experience in processing operations, project management and design of gathering and compression systems.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical guidance on Facility, Pipeline, & Process operations to Operations & Engineering teams.
• Lead team of Project Managers for facility Operating Expense and Maintenance Capital projects and provide schedule/budget updates.
• Develop Capital and Expense budgets for areas of responsibility to enable streamlined decision making by Operations Director.
• Mentor personnel and evaluate performance; communicate expectations and assess performance status.
• Collaborate with MPLX work teams and key stakeholders across Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Environmental, Safety, and Accounting.
• Direct and support technical requests and distribute workload to support prioritization.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities with Operations management and support Capital Projects via design reviews, PHA’s and HAZOPs; ensure findings are implemented.
• Ensure PSM practices through MOC’s and necessary documentation; participate in incident investigations and close out actions.
