Job summary

Harvest Midstream seeks a seasoned engineer to provide full engineering support to its Midstream Operations and Commercial teams, delivering analysis, design scope, and cost estimates for maintenance and growth projects across crude, NGL and gas assets.

You will perform hydraulic simulations, participate in PHAs, due diligence for acquisitions, and coordinate with third‑party designers, field personnel, and regulators to optimize safety, reliability and value. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
Professional Engineers license preferred.
5+ years in oil and gas engineering.
Familiar with PSM/PHAs for process facilities.
Experience with Promax or equivalent process simulation and hydraulic modeling.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support to Midstream Operations and Commercial teams.
Analyze operational problems, develop alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions.
Perform initial design engineering, scope development, schedules and cost estimates.
Coordinate with third-party engineers and construction crews.
Lead PHAs for processing facilities and resolve identified issues.
Perform hydraulic simulations of pressures and flow rates.
Assist in due diligence on acquisitions and growth projects.
