Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network is seeking a part-time Operations team member to work in a jail/correctional facility on-site in Tucson, AZ. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30a–2p, reporting to the Operations Manager as part of a fast-paced team serving multiple businesses.

Compensation includes a $125.00/day wage, regular pay raises, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay. Benefits offerings include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related training (1–3 months) or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across distribution departments and assist in receiving and putting away product.
• Select product for orders and assist in delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory counts and correct discrepancies.
• Inventory and maintain the planogram of vending machines at client facilities where required.
• Maintain a clean workspace and take pride in surroundings.
• Other responsibilities as required by the operation.

About This Position

You will work part-time. The schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30a-2p.

This position is onsite located within a jail/correctional facility and you will work around inmates. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• We expect our team to complete many processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. Also, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is an operational correctional facility servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to: Receive and put away product into the onsite warehouse.
• Select product for individual orders and assisting in the delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory in to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Inventory and maintain the planogram of vending machines at client facilities where required.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
