Responsibilities

• Elevate operational consistency, compliance, and financial controls across assigned locations.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead focused action plans to reduce shrink, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen execution.
• Conduct regular field visits to coach store teams and reinforce standard operating procedures.
• Support Multi-Unit Managers with operational expertise, allowing them to focus on people and sales performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, merchandising execution, and inventory flow.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and airport/resort regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights into senior leadership.
