Job summary

Continental Battery Co. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate I to safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting sales of company products.

This role involves planning routes, loading and unloading, stocking the warehouse, labeling products, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. Daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of company products and services.
• Creates and maintains promoters (raving fans) of clients.
• Educates customers on products carried and promoted monthly.
• Identifies opportunities for customers by expanding the use of company products and services.
• Deliver products and pick up used batteries, maintain and replenish consignment products for customers.
• Plans efficient routes, ensures proper/accurate, staged, and safe stocking of vehicle.
• Assists in loading and unloading process.
• Loads and offloads vehicles, prepares shipments, keeps the warehouse orderly, safe, and clean.
• Labels products, performs inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
