Job summary

Continental Battery Systems in Wisconsin is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in La Crosse. You will safely deliver high-quality customer experiences and support sales through product knowledge and reliable service.

This role involves loading and unloading, route planning, keeping the warehouse organized, and participating in battery recycling initiatives, with daytime hours Monday through Friday and occasional weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing sales of Company products and services.
• Educate customers on products promoted monthly and identify opportunities to expand usage.
• Assist in loading/unloading, and manage stock and shipments to keep the warehouse orderly.
• Load and unload vehicles; maintain and replenish consignment products; ensure a safe, clean warehouse.
• Label products and perform inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of products to customers with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Pick up used batteries and manage consignment stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

• Key to this job is to safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services.Creates and maintains promoters (raving fans) of clients
• Knowledgeable in products carried and educates customers on products promoted monthly.Identifies helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and services.
• Deliver product and pick up used batteries, as well as maintain and replenishes consignment products for customers.Plans efficient routes, ensures proper/accurate, staged, and safe stocking of vehicle.Assists in loading and unloading process.
• Loads and offloads vehicles, prepares shipments, ensures warehouse is orderly, safe, and clean
• Labels products, performs inventory cycle counts and complete counts

Pay details: up to $21.50/hr
