Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the School Nutrition Services (SNS) Department in support of Oklahoma City Public Schools, Oklahoma State Department of Education, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), its policies, laws, and regulations by monitoring and approving, processing, reporting, and auditing. Assures quality production is performed using best practices for school food service. Supervises and supports 60-100 staff members across 12-18 school sites.
