Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of logistics experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility with assigned duties and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarder and warehouse to monitor processes.
• Update shipping schedule and inform customers about order status.
• Negotiate shipping schedules and create shipping plans.
• Analyze and prepare weekly shipment status reports.
• Work with Sales and Accounting to track goods.
• Handle inbound/outbound emails and phone calls.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues to meet requirements.
• Create RFQs, invoices and follow up.
• Negotiate and administer purchase orders/contracts with suppliers.
• Perform purchasing office administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
