MilliporeSigma is seeking an Operations Coordinator at our Milwaukee, WI site to support the shipment and packaging of customer orders. You will process inbound shipments for unpacking and restocking while following current procedures and guidelines.

The role emphasizes training and motivating employees, identifying process improvements, and contributing to efficient warehouse operations. The position requires a High School diploma and 1+ year of warehouse experience.

Your Role

The Operations Coordinator at Milwaukee, WI site supports the shipment and/or packaging of customer orders and processes inbound shipments for unpacking & restocking, all while following current department procedures and guidelines. The Operations Coordinator will be used for direct labor when needed. Job duties include:

• Shift hours: Monday – Friday, 1:00pm – 9:00pm
• Training and motivating employees.
• Responsible for the identification and implementation of system and/or process improvements.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 + years of warehouse experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of operational experience

Pay Range for this position:

$28.00 - $43.00

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
