Today, CIPC advances inclusive policies that build a prosperous future for all Californians through policy analysis, advocacy, organizing, and communications.

Over the past 30 years, CIPC has led groundbreaking campaigns that have greatly expanded protections and access to publicly funded services for California’s low‑income immigrant communities, including but not limited to the Safe and Responsible Driver Act, the TRUST and TRUTH Acts, the California Values Act, the Health for All campaign, California Earned Income Tax Credit (CalEITC), and One California—the largest state investment in immigration legal services in the country.
