Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant financial leadership experience, including revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships across teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately, completely, and on time.
• Lead training and development for all accounting and clerical staff within the District.
• Provide financial support and guidance to operations leadership.
• Assist with new business return on investment pro-forma, including risk analysis.
• Partner with the Sector Finance team to keep operations focused on optimizing working capital.
• Take on other duties as assigned, supporting the broader financial health of the District.

Job Summary

About the Role
